A really hot area in the Palm Beach County area is North Palm Beach. This gem of an area is fun, trendy, beachy, and laid back. Investors have really been on the move in this area due to many finger canals and other waterway features. They have been purchasing the older quaint homes and re-building on the lots $1M+ homes on the lots.
It has been a fun process to watch. I love how these investors and HGTV have also inspired the novice home flippers, home rehab-ers, and homeowners who enjoy home projects. The homes in this area have so much character, so I personally prefer watching what the these market-goers choose to do with the home purchases in this area. I mean it is amazing watching the investors turn a $600-700k lot purchase into a $1.6M sale, but there is something creative about taking a house, with all its features and making it into something that becomes a space for family.

I recently listed a dear friend's home in this area and we are so excited to have it officially on the market. As many of the mid-century homes in this area this one has the charming terrazzo flooring. Not to mention this property has a great yard with patio perfect for grilling out and enjoying the nice S.
