10 Best Business Tools

Best 10 Business Tools in 2021

With all the apps for apps out there it can sometimes be overwhelming deciding what to use in your business that will not over complicate things or become too costly. Here is my top 10 business tools I use in my business:

1. Planner

1. Planner -

I am old fashion and obsessed with a good ol' fashion planner! I am currently using the @ErinCondren which allows me to time block as well which I love

2. Zoom -

Thank you 2020! I use Zoom on the regular; it has given me so much more flexibility to fit more into my schedule while still having the personal face to face option. NOW do not get me wrong.I prefer In Real Life action, but if it means I can fit in a bible study or an extra meeting because I do not have to worry about drive time...I say that is a win.

3. Canva -

This is no secret! It’s a free platform that everyone loves for graphic design and even single page URL options. I recommend paying for the upgraded version...so worth it!

6. My Community -

Create a space that speaks to your community. THIS SPACE IS WHERE THE MAGIC HAPPENS. This is where you can really connect with the people you serve. One example of how create this space, I host co-work & happy hour events once a month to provide value to my community.  These events help me stay in touch with and constantly getting feedback from my ideal clientele while providing value to each other at the same time. I also send out a monthly email to my community giving them the scoop on what is coming up... make sure to click here to "Join my community" if you're not already part of it.

7. Get Involved

7A. Chamber -

Having an arsenal of local business professionals who shoutout you & your business whenever they can because they care about you succeeding...that is what the right chamber represents to me! Don't have that? let's get you in the Wellington Chamber. Learn more HERE

7B. Network Groups-

In addition to a chamber, networking groups that align with you are a huge business asset/tool because it's all about relationships. I personally love @letsgetsocialpb  @businesscasualmastermind & & co-works with @socialhummingbird

7C. Non-Profits-

Are you passionate about a specific cause? Connect with others in your community through that cause and expand your network by doing something for the community that fulfills your heart. For me this is Place of Hope, a local foster care organization. Want to learn more about them click here or feel free to email, call or text me to chat more about them.

8. Flodesk

This tool helps me stay in touch with my community as well as helps in automate sending out freebies and resources. You can create powerful workflows with this program for a very reasonable price! @jennakutcher usually has a discount code on her account/ website.

9. Intuit

Payroll services allows payday to be a breeze and if you have BOA the service is about $20. Not only does the service help with payday, but it keeps track of your federal taxes 940 & 941 so you know how much to give to Uncle Sam.

10 WordPress or Duda

The power of a website should not be underestimated. Cross utilize the content you create and add it to a blog on your website or transform an IG Live into a youtube video you can embed on your site or transcribe and create a blog post like @Jonesandcostrategy does brilliantly (see HERE - she transcribes with otter.ai). You can even create a linkinbio type landing page on your website like @la.enovese.designs (see HERE).

All of these strategies using your website help your SEO and help direct traffic to YOUR website.
